In 1991 I started a catering business after my father gave me his fresh meat market and Italian deli. With a partner and myself in 1995 we decided to take his homemade pasta sauce to market...it has been a very difficult and costly process. So a couple of weeks ago, my partner and I were at a Country Living Magazine seminar in Chicago. I was telling another attendee about our struggle to get the pasta sauces on the market and she said, "if what you're doing isn't working then try something else, have a party". So upon getting in my car to return home, I had a message from a friend that had just had foot surgery. She wanted me to prepare her and her husband some microwavable and ovenable meals that were already cooked. They just had to be heated
through. So with all that being said, we came up with the idea of having ....move over Martha parties.
We come to your home and provide a sample dinner for you and your guests. We will cook and serve dinner at our expense. We even provide the throw away plates, forks, knives, napkins, etc. All you have to do is invite your friends and famiily and provide a beverage and a dessert (optional). We then will answer any questions that your guests may have and we will pass out order blanks of over 30 products that we make in a variety of sizes to fit you and your family's needs. We will call your hostess when we have produced the entire party order. A ime will be arranged with your hostess to then pick up the entire order and get it delivered to his/her guests. All orders will be made fresh then frozen right away so that you can thaw a dinner and if you don't eat it that night, it will be good for 3-4 days in your refrigerator. We put most entrees' in ovenable or microwavable containers for your convenience. Most of our entrees' are microwavable and ovenable.
